We recently did a Senior Picture shoot for one of our good friends Kaitlyn (I actually used to babysit her – yikes!) We had a blast and she has grown into such a wonderful and beautiful young woman! We are going back in the fall to do some more pictures and that will be a great shoot – look for it this fall!

Kaitlyn and I ran up the side of a hill to catch the light! She is a trooper – it was a steep hill, but we got some great light and some awesome shots for the work!

We took another hike – up the side of a gorge beside a river/waterfall to get the next shots. Even after hiking a mile and a half she looked gorgeous and we got some great shots!

We had a total blast on this shoot and cant wait to see where we go in the fall for the rest of them!!

I love these next 2 shots he got!

So this is on top of a gorge (as in aprox 300 ft drop off to a river and waterfall). The rest of us didnt go down to look

We headed out to Leavenworth for Mothers Day and got alot of hiking in friday and saturday. Steves family came out on Sunday, but my mother had to work so my family was not able to join us. The water level was amazing and these record water levels provided waterfalls of epic proportions (literally – everywhere is saying this is a record waterfall year that they have never been this huge for this length of time)

These cool little flowers grow in the rocks right on the edge of the cliffs

This is my best friend since we were babies

They were having a May Day celebration in Leavenworth

This past weekend we did a photo shoot for a family to commemorate their father/grandfathers 80th birthday and 65th anniversary. They are an amazing family and have 3 generations (that we know of) in the ministry. (We really appreciate them and are currently reading one of Mrs MacDonalds books called Discovering How to Pray (I am just starting it but it is very interesting so far). Here are some of the highlights!

They were a great bunch and very easy to work with.
